Established in 2017, Da Bac CBT Social Enterprise is the outcome of the CBT project in Da Bac district, Hoa Binh province supported by Action on Poverty in Vietnam with grants from the Australian government and the Irish government.

Since that day, Da Bac CBT has been moving restlessly to promote the community-based tourism model, helping local people to build sustainable livelihood while preserving their indigenous cultures. It has been three years of a rough yet forceful, fearless and significant journey.

Da Bac CBT project was initially funded by Dr Vance Gledhill and supported by Action on Poverty (AOP) and has been operating since July 2014.

The goal of this project is to alleviate poverty for ethnic minorities in Da Bac, creating sustainable livelihoods, preserving their culture and environment through the promotion of CBT./.
