Decrees issued to realize seven Agreements
The Government has issued seven Decrees on Vietnam’s special preferential import tariffs to realize seven Agreements.

Specifically, the seven Decrees include:
1. Decree 124/2016/ND-CP to implement Bilateral Trade Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic;
2. Decree 125/2016/ND-CP to realize the Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Japan on economic partnership in the 2016-2019 period;
3. Decree 126/2016/ND-CP to carry out the ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement in the 2016-2018 period;
4. Decree 127/2016/ND-CP to perform the Agreement establishing ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area in the 2016-2018 period;
5. Decree 128/2016/ND-CP to realize the ASEAN-China Trade in Goods Agreement in the 2016-2018 period;
6. Decree 129/2016/ND-CP to carry out the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement in the 2016-2018 period;
7. Decree 130/2016/ND-CP to implement the ASEAN-the Republic of Korea Trade in Goods Agreement in the 2016-2018 period.
The Decrees took effect from September 1st, 2016./.
