Working with VKETI-Loc Ninh Company and THAGRICO currently investing in Kratie province, Deputy Foreign Minister Pham Quang Hieu appreciated Vietnamese businesses looking for solutions to help people change careers.
The Deputy Foreign Minister suggested that companies continue to pay more attention to the lives of workers and take measures to solve social security issues. This makes them feel secure to work, get used to their lives in Cambodia.

At the meeting with people living and working in Kratie province, Pham Quang Hieu discussed with them the difficulties and challenges that they encountered in the new living environment. He appreciated their efforts to change careers.
He said that people need to raise awareness and have the will to rise up in life. Participating in career change programs is an opportunity for people to have a stable income, ensure their lives, have their children educated, and have the basis for a better future. People need to consider their new work as their new home.
The Deputy Foreign Minister said people need to strictly abide by the laws and policies of the host country. He also suggested that people actively adapt to new life and pay attention to their children's education.

Deputy Foreign Minister Pham Quang Hieu thanked the provincial government for paying attention and creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese businesses, and Vietnamese Cambodians living in the province and working at these enterprises.
The leader of Kratie province said that he would continue to facilitate the operation of the Khmer-Vietnamese Association branch in Kratie province, gradually removing the current difficulties for the Vietnamese community here.

On July 26, Deputy Foreign Minister Pham Quang Hieu worked with the Khmer-Vietnamese Association and the Vietnamese Business Club in Cambodia. He affirmed that the Vietnamese community in Cambodia faces difficulties but receives special attention, support, and affection from the Party and State.
He emphasized the important role of organizations representing the community. They support, and guide the Vietnamese community in Cambodia in enhancing their legal status, and ensuring living conditions for them.
The Khmer-Vietnamese Association needs to be a strong organization, acting as a center to unite the community, and always supporting people in all aspects of life.
The Association needs a plan to spread information so that the community always obeys local laws and has the will to rise up in life.

The Deputy Foreign Minister also suggested that Associations strengthen the role of Vietnamese businesses in Cambodia to support people.
He appreciated the role of the Vietnam Business Club in Cambodia in supporting people in changing careers and improving the quality of human resources.
The Deputy Minister noted the recommendations of the Khmer-Vietnamese Association and Vietnamese businesses in Cambodia. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to work with the authorities in the country and with Cambodia to help solve the difficulties people are facing.
