Discussing Solutions to Improve Effectiveness of Propaganda And Building Working Class
Sharing at the forum, Le Van Thuy, vice president of Vietnam Rubber Labor Union, said that recently, the Union implemented many propaganda and care activities for workers.

Regarding the shortcomings in propaganda work, Le Van Thuy proposed a number of solutions, such as strengthening the Party's leadership over the activities of the Trade Union, applying digital technology in propaganda, raising awareness and political bravery of workers.
At the forum, Le Quang Toan, head of Hung Yen Provincial Labor Confederation, made proposals to innovate union activities and strengthen coordination with press agencies.
The Union organized in-depth training on propaganda work every year, strengthening its role in mobilizing employees to participate in building the Party and government as the Union's priority.
In her concluding remarks, Vu Thi Giang Huong, head of the Propaganda Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, appreciated the opinions and suggestions of the delegates in the work of propaganda, and mobilization to build the working class.
Many opinions suggested solutions in propaganda work in the coming time, including the campaign to build a modern working class, strong Party, State and political system.
According to Vu Thi Giang Huong, good practices and valuable comments will be the basis for the Vietnam Trade Union to research and build better propaganda and advocacy to build a modern working class in the next term.
