Exhibition “Vietnamese Cultural Space” Held In The U.S.
The exhibition is organized by the Association of Wives and Spouses of the Vietnamese Embassy in the US in collaboration with the Costello School of Business at George Mason University to bring the cultural values, country, and people of Vietnam closer to international friends.

Visiting the exhibition "Vietnamese Cultural Space," international friends will experience Vietnamese cultural history through traditional silk Ao Dai costumes, images of porcelain puppets, Chu Dau ceramic flower vases, 3 specimens made of bamboo toothpicks, Dong Ho folk paintings in the modern style of young artist Xuan Lam, and De Silk silk clothes with East-West cultural values combined.
Cindy Shao, President of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, said the exhibition was an opportunity to help her understand more about Vietnam. She was very impressed by the Ao Dai costumes, traditional Vietnamese silk materials, and the book on ancient costumes of the Le and Ly dynasties displayed at the exhibition.

"I plan to visit Vietnam this year to explore and experience the attractions of Vietnamese culture and people," said Cindy Shao.
According to Ambassador Tran Thi Bich Van's wife, Chairwoman of the Association of Wives and Spouses of the Vietnamese Embassy in the US, this activity aims to promote the Vietnamese Culture that the Association has planned since the beginning of the year.
In the future, the Association of Wives and Spouses will work with the Vietnamese Embassy in the US to carry out more "Vietnamese Cultural Space" programs at universities in the US and popular community spaces.
Ajay Vinzé, Principal of Costello Business School, highly appreciated the exhibition's significance. He said that the school has many Vietnamese students studying different majors. When they come here, they will feel like they are at home. This is also an effective way to educate students about Vietnam's cultural, social, and historical aspects.

According to Ajay Vinzé, GMU will send a delegation to seek cooperation opportunities with several Vietnamese universities next June. Partnerships with these educational institutions will be established in various forms.
GMU is considering partnerships through student exchange activities, looking to change the form of educational cooperation, and implementing part of the educational activities in Vietnam and part in the US.
“We look forward to exchange activities on training cooperation, academic exchanges, and cultural connections with Vietnam in the future. Hopefully, GMU lecturers will come to Vietnam and Vietnamese lecturers will visit GMU's model,” Ajay Vinzé said.
