General Secretary and President To Lam Meets Cuban Delegates of Friendship and Youth
On the morning of September 27 (local time), during his state visit to Cuba, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of Vietnam To Lam engaged with representatives of the Cuban people's friendship organizations and youth. The meeting was also attended by Miguel Diaz Canel Bermudez, the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of Cuba.

The two nations have designated 2025, marking the 65th anniversary of their diplomatic ties, as the "Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Year." Consequently, agencies from both countries will collaborate to create and execute a series of significant people-to-people exchanges. These activities will be intertwined with initiatives in economics, trade, investment, and tourism to engage a broad audience, thereby strengthening the robust foundation of the unique Vietnam-Cuba friendship.
