The festival will have around 240 kiosks with various flowers, specific ornamental plants from regions throughout Vietnam, which will bring a colorful space.
Ho Quang Huy, Deputy Chairman of Ha Long city People’s Committee, said that following the success of the Spring Flower Festival in previous years, this year's event is assigned to the Quang Ninh Green Trees - Park Joint Stock Company. The municipal People’s Committee also requires Bach Dang ward People's Committee and related forces to ensure urban order and environmental hygiene during the festival./.
