Hanoi: Heavy rains cause serious congestion during rush hour
Tropical storm Nangka brought heavy rain to Hanoi in the afternoon of October 14, causing traffic chaos in the capital city. Many streets were flooded as locals tried hard to get back home.

Nangka, packing wind speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour (62 miles per hour), will trigger heavy rains of up to 400 millimeters in parts of northern and central Vietnam from October 14-16. |
