The Hanoi city People’s Committee has issued document for the arrangement and privatization of its State-owned enterprises in the 2016-2020 period.

Accordingly, during the period, the city will privatize 16 wholly-Stated-owned enterprises, including five corporations, four holding companies – subsidiary companies and seven wholly-Stated-owned single member limited liability companies.

In addition, the capital will continue privatizing Haprosimex Single Member Limited Liability Company; dissolving Electric Flux Technique Company; selling Food Store 60 Ngo Thi Nham; and handing over Capital Youth Park under Hanoi Youth Service and Investment Company to Verdure Park Single Member Limited Liability Company and then dissolving Hanoi Youth Service and Investment Company.

According to the city People’s Committee, privatized enterprises in the 2016-2020 period have strong capital, wide range of activities and huge number of workers./.
