Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc expressed thanks to President Donald Trump for his invitation to visit the United States. The PM also convey warm greetings of the Vietnamese people to the people of the United States.
“The Vietnam – US relations go through the ups and downs, but now we are comprehensive partnership. I was impressed by President Donald Trump for his openness and friendliness when he phoned and sent letters to us. I firmly believe that our talks this afternoon will be a great success, contributing to the development of the two countries on the basis of respect and equality for peace and development of ASEAN, the Asia-Pacific and the world,"Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc emphasized.
