International Finance Corporation helps universities improve training capacity in green architecture
The International Finance Corporation (IFC) – a member of the World Bank on February 26 signed a cooperation agreement with the Hanoi Architectural University and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture.

The cooperation focuses on improving professional capacity of Vietnamese architects and engineers in green architecture.
In more details, students, architects, and construction engineers will be equipped with relevant knowledges and skills, such as green buildings criteria, management of design assessment tools.
Before launching the training widely, a pilot course is run in three days (Feb 26-28).
Amid the growing populations in cities and the impacts of climate change, green buildings is considered a solution to improve resilience to changing climates and meet with the increasing demand for infrastructure, said experts./.
