Returning to Vietnam after four years, the delegation of the Japan - Vietnam Friendship Association of Ibaraki, including many students from the province, visited Ha Dong Medical College, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and Foreign University under Hue University, a number of centers supporting children in difficult circumstances, victims of Agent Orange/dioxin.
"We want to create conditions for the youth of the two countries to have many opportunities to exchange and study," Yamaguchi said.

"During the epidemic, many Vietnamese interns are facing difficulties because they have no work. The Association has organized many activities to listen, share difficulties, and introduce jobs to them. The Japanese Yen is depreciating but Japan is still a potential market. We hope that the authorities of the two countries will increase exchanges, and support, and create conditions for Vietnamese apprentices to have a stable life and feel secure in working together for a long time. long in Japan," Yamaguchi said.
Speaking at the reception, Bui Khac Son, vice chairman of the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association appreciated the activities of the Ibaraki's Japan - Vietnam Friendship Association, and introduced a number of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries by the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association, then discuss more issues that the two sides can cooperate in the future.
