All Vietnamese nationals in the Czech Republic, who face difficulties in consular and citizen protection issues, now can dial 792 392 299 for consultancy and support.
All Vietnamese nationals in the Czech Republic, who face difficulties in consular and citizen protection issues, now can dial 792 392 299 for consultancy and support. 
The hotline was launched at a seminar held in Prague on June 6th to improve consular activities and citizen protection and tighten coordination between the Vietnamese Embassy and the Overseas Vietnamese Association in the Czech Republic.
According to Mr. Le Quoc Tuan, Head of the Vietnamese Embassy’s Consular Division, the Embassy has also implemented other measures, such as the expansion of the meeting room for citizens and procedural reform to improve assistance for Vietnamese citizens./.
