Leaders pay tribute to late President Ho Chi Minh
(VNF) - Prior to the 87th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, leaders of the Party, State, Government and National Assembly today (Jan 25) paid tribute to the late President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Hanoi.
Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Tran Dai Quang, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, and National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan are top leaders who attended the tribute.

The activity aims to commemorate the late President Ho Chi Minh, founder of the Party, whose contributions to the country’s independence, liberty and happiness are countless and priceless.
The leaders later offered incense at the Heroic Martyrs Monument on Bac Son road and Mai Dich cemetery in Hanoi.
