Noted by Painter Le Huy Tiep, Head of the Graphics Art Council of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association, the winner 45th anniversary Logo represents a harmonious fusion of a golden star as the symbol of Vietnam’s national flag and the Canada-characterized maple leaf. The nine-color spectrum in the logo not only exerts an eye-soothing effect but also symbolizes Canada’s pride of being a multiracial, multiculture country. The logo was presented internationally by VCFA in the Vietnam Day in Ottawa, Canada in September.
