Book launch on friendship

The book "Stories of Vietnam - China Friendship in Guangxi" compiled by the China - Vietnam friendship research group of the Guangxi Academy of Social Sciences, China, has just been officially launched in Nanning.

The book is printed in Chinese and Vietnamese versions, with more than 150 illustrations, combining images and text, and a fresh design. It shows the special position of Guangxi in the traditional friendship between China and Vietnam. It is also a testament to the friendly exchange between Vietnam and China - a gift to celebrate the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam and the Year of Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange.

The book "Stories of Vietnam - China Friendship in Guangxi" also depicts in detail the revolutionary footprints of President Ho Chi Minh from 1938 to 1945 in areas such as Guilin, Liuzhou, Jingxi, Longzhou, Napha and many other places; records historical events in the period 1950-1965 when President Ho Chi Minh visited Guangxi many times, thereby deeply depicting the close relationship between President Ho Chi Minh and the people of Guangxi.

It is known that the Guangxi Academy of Social Sciences is one of the earliest ASEAN research institutions in China. Over the years, the Guangxi Academy of Social Sciences has conducted research on the topic of "History of Vietnam—China friendship" and achieved many results, publishing books such as "Ho Chi Minh and China," "Ho Chi Minh and Guangxi," and "Historical evidence of Vietnam—China friendship—Collection of documents of Truong Duc Tai, Nanning"... to promote Vietnam—China friendship.

The Institute will continue to promote its advantages in ASEAN research, inheriting, developing, and transforming excellent research results on ASEAN countries, especially Vietnam, contributing more strength to the building of a Vietnam-China community of shared future of strategic significance.

Open direct flight from Nanning to Hai Phong

According to information from Wuyu International Airport (Nanning, Guangxi, China), since January 7, this airport has officially opened the Hai Phong - Nanning international flight route, with a frequency of 3 round-trip flights per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

The opening of the Hai Phong - Nanning international flight route will enhance Guangxi's international openness, promote high-quality economic and social development in the locality, and deepen economic and cultural exchanges between Vietnam and China. This route will also contribute positively to promoting trade and tourism development. In addition, after this route is opened, the flight network of Nanning airport will be further expanded, providing more destination options for passengers from Nanning to Vietnam.
