My Linh, Huyen My among top 64 Miss Grand Slam 2017

Vietnamese beauties Do My Linh and Huyen My have been named among the top 64 of Miss Grand Slam 2017 as announced by Global Beauties.

According to the website, Miss World Vietnam 2017 Do My Linh won the fan vote for Group 11 with 67 per cent.

Linh who reached the top 40 at Miss World 2017 She was also the co-winner along with four other beauties of the Beauty With A Purpose award, the first woman from Vietnam to be awarded this award. She was also a the winner of her Head to Head Challenge and a finalist in the People's Choice and Multimedia competitions.

Judges of the competition selected three other winners along with My to enter the second round of Group 11. They are Miss Universe Ghana Ruth Quashie, Miss Grand Puerto Rico Brenda Azaria, and Miss Grand India Anukriti Gusain.

In Group 10, Huyen My won the fan vote with 37 per cent.

Three other winners, who the judges chose to progress to the second round of Group 10, included Miss Grand International contestant Nikola Uhlirová, Miss World Brazil Gabrielle Vilela, and Miss World Peru Pamela Sanchez.

The Miss Grand Slam Pageant was founded by the Miss Grand Slam Organisation (MGSO) in 2009, in the aim of recognizing the most outstanding beauties from around the world.

Every year, 15 judges from 15 different countries gather to decide the winner from a selection of outstanding contestants from 6 beauty pageants, including Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Earth, Miss International, Miss Grand International, and Miss Supranational./.
