Party & State Leaders Pay Tribute to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong
At 7:00 am on July 25, the funeral of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong began. At the National Funeral Home at 5 Tran Thanh Tong Street (Hanoi), leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, along with the family of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, paid their respects to the General Secretary.
Party Central Committee's Secretariat Standing Member Luong Cuong reviewed General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's legacy. "In nearly 60 years of revolutionary activities, he has made great and outstanding contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of our Party and Nation."
