Quang Ninh province’s district records remarkable development
Over the past 5 years, strong development has been reported in Hai Ha district, the northern province of Quang Ninh. Synchronous infrastructure has been invested, creating impetus for the improvements of people’s spiritual and material lives.
The district has earmarked over VND43 billion to upgrade 8 routes in Quang Ha town, to satisfy the demand for residents’ travel, and contribute to boost local socio-economic development.
VND21 billion has been spent building Ha Coi river walls. This construction plays a very important role in preventing landslide and protecting residential areas along the riverside from being flooded.
Hai Ha district central market was upgraded to an area of 23 square kilometres, satisfying the demand for trading activities of nearly 500 families.
Greater investment has been allocated to educational construction, in an attempt to increase the quality of education. In the picture is Hai Phu secondary school which was built with capital of nearly VND10 billion.
A square of green trees was built with nearly VND25 billion, providing a yard of 6,320 square metres, pedestrian areas of 6,016 square metres, and grass coverage of 7,034 square metres.
