Quang Tri Union of Friendship presents 200 gifts to flood-hit people
(VNF) - On December 9th, in Quang Tri province, the Vietnam-India Friendship Association of Hanoi in collaboration with the provincial Union of Friendship Organisations presented gifts to residents who are heavily affected by the recent hurricane.

Residents who heavily suffered from hurricane and flood in Trieu Phong district, received gift packages.
The delegation has presented 200 gift packages (valued at VND 300,000 each) including blankets, rice, cooking oil, instant noodles and cash for people in Trieu Thanh and Trieu Giang communes of Trieu Phong district.
On this occasion, the delegation also visited and offered many meaningful gifts for veterans at the Social Protection Center of Quang Tri province province.
The total value of the gift packages is about VND 80 million (USD 3,520). These meaningful gifts timely contributed to share difficult with provincial people and veterans in an effort to help them overcome the aftermaths./.
