The exhibition is organized by the Mongolian Culture Council and the Mongolian Art Gallery, along with a number of embassies and representative offices of countries and territories located in Mongolia.
The objective of the "Spotlight International Art 2023" exhibition is to promote the cultural characteristics of the participating countries through games, folk art to people, international friends in the host country, especially children and families.
The exhibition also presents video clips promoting the country's tourism potential, strengths and resources.
At the exhibition, the Embassy of Vietnam in Mongolia showed video clips introducing the unique landscapes, culture and cuisine of some regions and ethnic groups in Vietnam. The Embassy also organizes paper cutting and paper craft games for children.
With the joint efforts of all officers, employees, children of the Embassy, international students and overseas Vietnamese in Mongolia, the Vietnam's cultural space attracted a lot of attention from Mongolian children and young people as well as international friends.
Many people have spent a lot of time visiting at the Vietnam's cultural space. The images of Vietnam's landscapes, country and people attracted the attention of exhibition attendees.
The games, folk art, and pictures of Vietnam shown at the exhibition spread to the public, especially the children and the young generation of Mongolia, the basic information and awareness about the country and people of Vietnam.
They help nurture, connect, increase understanding and bond between the young generations of the two countries - an important content of cultural cooperation, exchange and also the foundation of Vietnam-Mongolia relations.

Speaking at the event, Ambassador Doan Khanh Tam expressed his joy when the Vietnamese Embassy attended the event for the first time.
He thanked the Mongolian Culture Council and the Mongolian Art Gallery for creating an interesting and meaningful playground for countries and territories to come together, enhance cultural exchanges and promote tourism cooperation.
The Ambassador also emphasized the importance of cultural cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between countries and territories. He appreciated the role of creating the future of the world's children and Mongolian children particularly.
"Spotlight International Art 2023" is held annually, inviting countries and territories that have representative offices in Mongolia to attend. In addition to the host country, the countries attending this second exhibition include Australia, the RoK, France, Vietnam and Taiwan (China). The countries participating in this year's exhibition are Mongolia with felt, leather craft, Australia with dot paintings and paper crafts, the RoK with paper and handicrafts. France brings to the exhibition its map puzzles, coloring, paper folding, Vietnam has paper cutting and handicrafts, Taiwan has helicopter games, finger painting. The Mongolian Culture Council and the Mongolian Art Gallery aim to make this day an annual tradition for children and families in Mongolia. |
