Moving forward, the nation will accelerate its implementation of the congress’s Resolution and hopes to receive valuable support from an array of international friends, including the countries of the new diplomats, he said.

The General Secretary and President says that: although peace, cooperation and development are still opportunities and great trends, the multidimensional effects made by the COVID-19 pandemic, strategic competition among powers, the emergence of many non-traditional security problems cause a lot of challenges for all nations.
In that context, Vietnam wishes to cooperate with other countries in both bilateral and multilateral levels to overcome challenges. Basing on that spirit, the General Secretary and the State President expects and recommends the Ambassadors to make efforts for further improvement of the cooperation efficiency between Vietnam and their countries. At the same time, he hopes to see the cooperation projects with the Ambassadors' personal imprint during their working term in Vietnam.
