The presence of the international-standard flight attendants with high level of professionism, hospitability and dynamism truly makes the journey unforgettable. More surprisingly, in addition to possessing high proficiency of English, the Turkish flight attendants can also speak basic Vietnamese and possess a satisfactory level of Vietnamese cultural understanding.

From the faraway transcontinental country of Turkey, the four dedicated flight attendants Gozde, Ozden, Merve and Selhan began their journey with the big family Bamboo Airways in January 2019.

Working in the aviation industry gives the four ladies chance to experience life in different countries and territories worldwide. However, they are still amazed by the peaceful yet vibrant beauty of Vietnam. A new working environment, a new horizon never fail to fascinate them.

Despite have been traveling to many countries, Merve (R) and Selhan are still amazed by the beauty of Vietnam.

Gozde (L) loves Hanoi’s lakes, while Ozden is impressed by the architecture of temples in the city.

By the end of March 2019, around 60 Turkish flight attendants have been joining the domestic flight crew of Bamboo Airways, delivering to passengers satisfactory experiences

“A few days ago, she just walked around 20 km,” Ozden added.

“Yes, I am kinda back-packer and I love that style!”

Even though the Turkish flight attendants doesn’t speak a lot of Vietnamese, and had to admit that “Your language is very difficult”, they still could feel the warm affection of the local people.

“Warm weather, lovely people. They are as hospitable and helpful as the people in my homeland, Turkey.”

The smile can shorten any distance, can break down any barrier of language, and cultural difference. What comes from the heart will go directly to the heart. The sincerity, thankful attitude, will keep the relationships between people last long and strong.

Just like the way the Turkish flight attendants have been using to welcome passengers: put one hand on the heart, look down, with a warm smile to say: "Thank you for flying with us!"

They have been integrating into the new life and working environment of Vietnam, while day by day, delivering to passengers distinguished services./.
