Vietnam Customs supplying face masks on aircraft on exit

The General Department of Vietnam Customs issued a document to instruct provincial customs departments about supplying face masks on aircraft on exit.

Specifically, guidance of the General Department of Vietnam Customs implemented directives of Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam about allowing to supply face masks on aircraft of Vietnam on exit in order to serve passengers in the period of Covid-19 prevention at a meeting on March 11, 2020.

Accordingly, the General Department of Vietnam Customs requested provincial customs department (Hanoi, HCM City, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Quang Ninh, Khanh Hoa and Kien Giang) to direct customs branches managing international airport to supervise the supply of face masks (including surgical masks) on aircraft of Vietnam in order to ensure convenience, fast and the number of face masks in each flight not exceeded three times comparing to the expected number of passengers.
