According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, due to the influence of cold air strengthening, Northern mountainous and midland areas have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with rainfall from 15-30mm, in some places over 50mm.

Rain concentrates in Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, and Cao Bang. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds. Heavy rain can cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes, and flooding in low-lying areas.

Northwest region: The weather forecast is predicted to be cloudy and sunny during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night. The lowest temperature is 23-26 degrees. The highest temperature is 29-32 degrees, with some places above 37 degrees.

Northeast region: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy with showers and thunderstorms in some places, especially in mountainous and midland areas. Southeast to east wind level 2-3. The lowest temperature is 23-26 degrees, in some mountainous areas it is below 22. The highest temperature is 27-30 degrees.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night. Southwest wind level 2-3. The lowest temperature is 23-26 degrees. The highest temperature in the north is 31-34 degrees and 35-38 degrees in the South.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night. Lowest temperature 25-28 degrees. Highest temperature: North 35-37 degrees, South 32-34 degrees.

The Central Highlands: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and hot during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night. The lowest temperature is 22-25 degrees. The highest temperature is 33-36 degrees, in some places it is above 37.

The Southern region: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and hot during the day, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night. The lowest temperature is 25-28 degrees. The highest temperature is 34-37 degrees, in some places, it is above 37.
