Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: There will be rain in the north, with scattered light fog and fog in the morning. In the North, it is cold at night and in the morning. Lowest temperature: 18-21 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 25-28 degrees Celsius.
