The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said there are waves of cold air moving to the North of Vietnam. Due to its influence, in the Northern and North Central regions, the weather forecast will be predicted to be cold at night and in the morning. The lowest temperature in the North and North Central region is 21 – 24 degrees, especially in the Northern mountainous region.

The South Central region, Central Highlands and Southern region have scattered showers and thunderstorms. In some places, there is moderate to heavy rain with rainfall of 10 - 30 mm.

The weather forecast in different regions

Northwest region: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with light rain in the afternoon. The lowest temperature is 20-23 degrees, some places below 20 degrees. The highest temperature ranges from 28 to 31 degrees.

Northeast region: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. The lowest temperature ranges from 21 to 24 degrees, in some mountainous areas it is below 21 degrees. The highest temperature ranges from 29 to 32 degrees.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather forecast is predicted to be cloudy with light rain in the north, and moderate to heavy rain in the south. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds. The lowest temperature is from 22 to 25 degrees. The highest temperature is from 28 to 31 degrees.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather will be cloudy, with moderate to heavy rain in the evening, and thunderstorms at night. During thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds are possible. The lowest temperature is from 23 to 26 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is from 30 to 33 degrees.

The Central Highlands: Cloudy, with heavy rain at some places in the region. In the late afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds are possible. The lowest temperature is from 20 to 23 degrees. The highest temperature is from 27 to 30 degrees, in some places, the weather is above 30 degrees.

Hanoi: According to the National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, Hanoi will be cloudy, with no rain and cold at night. The temperature is between 31 - 32 degrees, slightly increased by 1 - 2 degrees compared to the previous day.
