The Military Industry-Telecommunications Group (Viettel) has been named as one of the three businesses offering the best workplaces in Vietnam, as revealed by Anphabe Company at a recent Vietnam Best Places to Work Summit.

Viettel always tries to create a friendly workplace for its staff.

With this new title, Viettel has moved up four positions in the list compared to the previous year.

Viettel is also the only state-owned enterprise listed in the top 10 companies with the best working environment in Vietnam and is an enterprise with an increasingly attractive brand in information technology, infrastructure and telecommunications.

According to Ms. Nguyen Ha Thanh, Viettel’s PR Director, the most wonderful thing that Viettel has created for its staff is inspiring them to have aspiration for and make devotion to the country, deal with social issues and contribute to improving the quality of people’s lives. To this end, Viettel’s staff have continued to overcome challenges, improve their competencies and reduce their own limitations and, as a result, they are able to adapt to any changes in life.

Viettel has built up the most modern 4G system, which allows customers to use telecommunications and information technology in all areas of modern social life.

Apart from above award, Viettel has been honored as the enterprise with the biggest trade name value in Vietnam and impressively, is ranked the second in ASEAN in telecommunications, as assessed by Brand Finance. It also topped the VNR500’s list of Vietnam’s most profitable businesses in 2017./.
