Aftershocks shake Nepal after earthquake
On May 10th, four reported tremors shook Nepal after the devastating earthquake on April 25th.
The four reported tremors caused by aftershocks in Nepal all had a magnitude of more than 4 on the Richter scale. These included a 4.2 tremor and another 4.4 one in Sindhupalchowk district; a 4.0 tremor in Udayapur district; and a fourth tremor of 4.2 on the Richter scale hit in the Kavre area. No new damage have been reported.

The 7.8-magnitude earthquake has killed at least 8,000 people and injured more than 17,000, according to Nepali police.
The Nepal government reported that as of May 8th, there are reports of more than 288,000 homes destroyed and more than 250,000 homes damaged due to the original quake.
Many countries have pledged money that will be necessary to rebuild homes, hospitals and historic buildings./.
