According to the VNA special envoy, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Vietnamese high-ranking delegation returned to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi early in the morning of August 2, successfully concluding the state visit to India from July 31 to August 1 at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
