The Vietnam Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (VNP+) on August 2nd present gifts to 200 children infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS in difficult circumstance.

Most of them have inherited the disease from their parents, and others heavily affected by stigmas of the community because their relatives are infected with HIV/AIDS. They still desire to live, to be loved, to be protected and sheltered.

The small gifts, including candy, money, books, notebooks and cartoons, are a spiritual encouragement for the children.

Many artists have come to present gifts to the children.

Ho Chi Minh city has over 25,000 children infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS in difficult circumstance, however, calling upon the community to help people and children infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS still meet obstacles./.
