Chinese, US and Russian presidents arrive in Da Nang for APEC Summit
The General Secretary of the Communist Party and President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin have arrived in Da Nang for the APEC Summit.
General Secretary of the Communist Party and President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping arrived in Da Nang at 1.pm. He will attend and deliver a keynote speech at the Economic Leaders' Meeting on November 11.

Xi is expected to work with other economic leaders on the promotion of an open and inclusive environment for regional trade and investment development, Gbtimes Newspaper cited Vice Foreign Minister Li Baodong during a press briefing held earlier in Beijing.
He is paying a state visit to Vietnam at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyen Phu Trong and State President Tran Dai Quang from November 12-13.
Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the morning at 8.56. Before coming to the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in Da Nang, President Vladimir Putin said in an article posted on the Kremlin’s website on November 8 that Russia supported the formation of a Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific.

US President Donald Trump has also arrived in Da Nang today, which will be his fourth stops in his 13-day Asia tour. President Trump is delivering a speech at the APEC CEO Summit in the afternoon of November 10.
On November 11, the US President will travel to Hanoi for an official visit to Vietnam.
The official welcome ceremony for APEC delegates and guests will be held this evening with a dinner party, art performances chaired by Vietnamese State President Tran Dai Quang.
