Da Nang: Dedicated individuals, groups receive Laos noble orders

Party Secretary and Governor of Laos’ Savannakhetprovince, Santiphab Phomvihane on November 28 handed over one first class Labor Order, four third class Freedom Orders and one Friendship Order of Lao President to one group and five individuals in Da Nang city.

Party Secretary and Governor of Laos’ Savannakhetprovince, Santiphab Phomvihane recently handed over one first class Labor Order, four third class Freedom Orders and one Friendship Order of Lao President to one group and five inpiduals in Da Nang city.

Da Nang: Dedicated individuals, groups receive Laos noble orders

Santiphab Phomvihane, the Party Committee Secretary and Governor of Savannakhet Province (centre) presenting Laotian Orders to the Da Nang inpiduals.

The merits were presented to group and inpiduals in Da Nang in order to recognize their outstanding achievements in implementing cooperation programmes with Savannakhet province in particular, and Laos in general over the 2013 - 2017 period.

In detail, a first-class Labour Order went to Da Nang municipal People's Committee, four third-class Orders of Freedom were presented to Da Nang municipal Party Committee Standing Deputy Secretary Vo Cong Tri, Da Nang municipal People's Committee Chairman Huynh Duc Tho, Da Nang municipal People's Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh, and Chairman of the Viet Nam-Laos Friendship Association Phung Tan Viet.

Also, former Director of the Da Nang city’s Department of Foreign Affairs Luong Minh Sam received an Order of Friendship.

On behalf of the groups and inpiduals receiving the award, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of Da Nang city Vo Cong Tri expresses his delight at the attention and recognition of the Party and State of the Lao People's Democratic Republic; affirming the Party, government and people of the city will do their utmost to further strengthen the special cooperation relationship between Vietnam and Laos in general and Danang-Savannakhet in particular./.
