Discount airfares offered to war veterans and their relatives

(VNF) - The Vietnam national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has announced a special promotion program for war veterans and their relatives to welcome the 40th anniversary of South Liberation and National Reunification (April 30th).

(VNF) - The Vietnam national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has announced a special promotion program for war veterans and their relatives to welcome the 40th anniversary of South Liberation and National Reunification (April 30th).

Discount airfares offered to war veterans and their relatives
Accordingly, between April 30th to May 24th, passengers who are war veterans (from 55 years old upwards) and their family members (wife, husband, and kids, not adopted kids) will benefit a 40 percent discount on domestic routes Hanoi-Buon Ma Thuot/ Ho Chi Minh city/ Dien Bien/ Hue/ Tuy Hoa/ Quy Nhon/ Can Tho/ Chu Lai/ Dong Hoi/ Vinh and Ho Chi Minh city-Buon Ma Thuot/ Hai Phong/ Hue/ Thanh Hoa/ Quy Nhon/ Dong Hoi/ Vinh.

These tickets will be applicable for flights departing from April 30th and December 30th, (not including taxes, surcharges, certain conditions, and peak period).

Besides, welcoming the country’s major anniversaries, the airlines also organized other gratitude returning programs, such as inquiring after and granting gifts to martyrs’ families, contributing VND500 million for the construction of a clinic for soldiers and citizens on the Spartly island district.

Passengers are requested to present their veteran cards, identity card, and other related documents while visiting Vietnam Airlines booking offices nationwide, or call Hanoi 04.38.320.320; Ho Chi Minh city 08.38.320.320; or Da Nang city 0511.3.832.320./.
