Specifically, ACV will invest over VND7.77 trillion in upgrading infrastructure of flight zones. Meanwhile, more than VND18.43 trillion will be spent on upgrading terminal and parking facilities.
Aiming to raise sufficient investment capital, ACV proposed continuing to receive VND995 billion for repair expenses of fixed assets each year before the plan.
The organization also urged the Ministry of Transport to consider approval of price adjustment road-map for passengers on domestic routes towards narrowing gaps between domestic and international routes, in which the international price frame is 2-4 times higher than the domestic one.
The corporation also asked the ministry’s consideration for some prioritized mechanisms on selecting land delivery to provide services for exploitation in airports, and preferences on land hiring and tax in line with the current legal regulations./.
