The assistance belongs to the national program on culture in 2015.

Accordingly, the provincial Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Kan, Lai Chau, Son La, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, Lang Son, Tra Vinh, Dak Lak, Quang Binh, Phu Tho, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam and Quang Tri will receive equipment for existing playgrounds for children or make contracts with appropriate companies to supply the equipment.

In Thai Nguyen province, the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is allowed to build a playground from a total capital of VND5 billion.

Apart from the capital taken from the central budget as assistance for the construction and purchasing of equipment for the playgrounds, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism asked localities to allocate their budgets and raise other capital to realise the requirements of the targets, promptly satisfying the demand for recreation and education of children.

The ministry also stressed that as the playgrounds are for children in remote, mountainous and island areas, the constructions and equipment must be built suitable for their ages and health conditions./.
