First-ever Israel Children’s Festival 2019 in Vietnam

Vietnam’s June has been chosen the month of action for children for more than 20 years. As part of this spirit, the Embassy of Israel will hold for the first time a Children’s Festival at the Hanoi Children Palace, aiming to bring in a playground for kid exchange and study with Israeli and Vietnamese cultural theme.

The festival will let children and their parents experience innovation space of STEM – an education method well-known universally, including in Israel – through robots, assembling games, smart house, turning kids into innovators by modern equipments. Israeli cuisine, art and craft, Israeli story reading alongside interactive play attach children closer to the Israeli culture. Traditional Vietnamese games will also be a part of the cross-cultural capacity of the festival.

The 2019 Children’s Festival is hoped to advance this commitment and strengthen the cultural bridge between the people in Vietnam and the people in Israel in general, and between children of Vietnam and of Israel in specific./.
