First international watercolor exhibition in Vietnam
More than 90 works by 51 Vietnamese and international painters will be displayed at the first international water exhibition in Vietnam.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Hang Da Galleria, Hanoi from April 11th - 12th.
The event will be organized by the International Watercolour Society Vietnam (IWS Vietnam) to bring this type of painting closer to the public as well as create an opportunity for Vietnamese artists to improve their watercolor technique.
The displayed works will be from artists from UK, USA, France, Italy, Turkey, Canada, China, Poland, Hungary, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Nepal, Japan, Thailand, Russia, Vietnam, Uruguay.
Typical artists in this exhibition will include Bui Duy Khanh (Vietnam), Liu Yi (China), Stan Miller (USA), Atanur (Canada – IWS founder), Direk Kingnok (Thailand), Jia Li (China), Chien Chung-Wei (China), Alvaro Castanet (Uruguay), Keiko Hoshino (Japan), WoonLam Ng (Singapore), and Thomas Schaller (USA)./.
