Olivier Brochet, French Ambassador to Vietnam, said, “The fifth season of Cine-Tet brings 16 outstanding films, completely free on the DANET platform. This year's collection will introduce outstanding talents of French cinema such as actress Anaïs Demoustier and Vincent Lacoste. At the same time, the program also includes different and diverse film genres such as science fiction animation, action movies, comedies, and special adventure movies for families".

The films in this series are entertaining and contain many profound messages about life. From romantic love stories, and warm family life to thrilling action films, all are imbued with the artistic style and creativity typical of French cinema.

Among the films shown, the most notable are "The Man with Many Faces" (L’Homme Aux Mille Visages) - a psychological, detective film about a con man living under many different identities, and "When Love Comes" (Le Temps D’Aimer) – a love story between a waitress Madeleine and a wealthy intellectual François. Both contain dramatic situations, helping the audience entertain and reflect on social values.

There are also "Mars Express", a science fiction animated film with mysterious adventures on Mars, or "Nicky Larson et le Parfum de Cupidon", an action comedy, romantic drama film.

16 French films of various genres will be broadcast for free on the DANET online movie viewing platform. All films have Vietnamese subtitles and can be viewed on the website, phone applications, and smart TVs, allowing audiences to enjoy them without any limitations.

Cine-Tet is an opportunity for French cinema lovers to freely explore new stories while creating an interesting and colorful entertainment space for the whole family during the Tet holiday.

The list of 16 films shown within the framework of Cine-Tet 2025 includes:

"L’homme aux mille visages" – The Multifaceted Man: Psychological, detective film about a con man living under many different identities.

"Le temps d’aimer" – When Love Comes: Emotional, dramatic film about the forbidden love between a waitress and a wealthy intellectual.

"Quitter la nuit" – Through the Night: Drama film exploring the psychology of three characters in a sexual assault case.

"A Métier sérieux" – A Real Profession: Comedy about a young graduate student facing challenges in the teaching profession.

"Les apprentis" – The Apprentices: Comedy about the lives of two friends and their troubles.

"Mars Express" – A Mission to Mars: Animated sci-fi film about a private detective on Mars.

"Ce qui appartient à César" – César's Dressing Room: Short film about a boy who witnesses violence at a fencing school.

"Les dents du bonheur" – Crooked Teeth: Short film about a girl and a cruel game in an upscale neighborhood.

"Gigi" – Gigi's Love Story: Short, romantic film about a woman's journey to find herself.

"Nube" – The Journey of the Clouds: This short film is about a young girl searching for peace in a mysterious space.

"Les misérables" – Les misérables is a psychological, crime film about a new police officer joining a special police unit in Paris.

"Mission pays basque" – Mission in the Basque Country: Comedy, romantic film about a Parisian girl who has difficulty negotiating with the Basque people.

"Mon chat et moi, la grande aventure de Rrou" – Cat's life: Family adventure film about the relationship between a girl and her kitten.

"Alien crystal palace" – Mystery Crystal Palace: Science fiction film about the magical exploration of alien worlds.

"Un peu, beaucoup, aveuglément" – Blind date: Romantic comedy about the relationship that develops between a painter and a blind man.

"Nicky Larson et le parfum de Cupidon" – Nicky Larson's love scent: Action, romantic comedy about the adventures of a private detective.
