First Vietnam-RoK cultural festival to be held in Hanoi
(VNF) - The first ever Vietnam-Korea cultural extravaganza promoting the vibrant traditional customs of the Republic of Korea will be organized by the Korean Association in Hanoi and the Korean Cultural Center on April 11th at the Quan Ngua Sports Palace, Van Cao street, Ba Dinh district. 
The event, from 10h00 to 21h00, is part of activities to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of Vietnam-RoK diplomatic ties.
Visitors will be charmed in a cultural exchange program including RoK traditional music, folk games, B-boy, Taekwondo, cuisine and fashion shows. Besides, some of 90 Korean companies have been registered to promote their products/services at the festival.
The highlight of the event is expected to be a night concert featuring RoK music stars Park Sang Min, Kim Ho Jung, SWITCH, NOM, On Hui Jung and Vietnamese singer Tuan Hung.
Organizers also invited famous MC from Korea like Jo Yeong Gu, Lee Chang Min and Lee Kwang Deuk comedian.
So far, the number of Korean people living in Vietnam is around 140,000, in which Hanoi capital is the home of over 40,000 ones.
The organizing board is expected to welcome a total of 50,000 visitors during the festival./.
