Friendship Exchange celebrates the 25th Ukrainian Independence Day
(VNF) - At the invitation of Ukrainian Embassy, Minister of Vietnam Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien and officials, representatives of foreign embassies in Vietnam took park in the International Friendship Exchange event to celebrate of the 25th Ukrainian Independence Day at Melia Hotel on September 5th.

At the ceremony, Ukrainian Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Oleksiy Shovkoplias expressed gratitude to the invited guests has joined celebrating the Independence Day of Ukraine - the day marked the freedom and independence that Ukrainian has gained in modern history. He confirmed that Ukraine does not need a foreign territory and the people of Ukraine are ready to seriously continue to fight to protect their land.
Ukraine - Vietnam relations has a glorious history and had experienced through the most difficult stage. In addition, the presence of Vietnamese communities in Ukraine or Ukrainian community living in Vietnam will always be a bridge binding the two countries. Mr. Oleksiy Shovkoplias hoped he would be a bridge of friendship between the two communities; and believed that two countries relations would have brighter and more prosperous future in the coming time.

Minister of Vietnam Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien addressed the event
At the event, Ministry Nguyen Ngoc Thien gave a speech to congratulate the government and all the people of Ukraine. As a friend of the Ukrainian, Mr. Thien expressed his concern and desire to Ukraine achieves stability, peace in the region.
The Minister believed that relations on the basis of the friendly relations and traditional cooperation between Vietnam - Ukraine will have a new development in the future./.
