Responding to a question from Do Hong Quan - President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations about methods of tradition and national history education for the young generation, Russian President Putin said: Policies for the young generation need to be modern, substantive and effective, especially in the era of technology, where the young generation can access many sources of information from the internet. Vietnam and Russia are both peoples with heroic traditions. That is the foundation that the two countries need to educate the young generation. Besides traditional forms of education, new and modern forms need to be improved and supplemented. Traditional education for the younger generation needs to become more convincing in the international space and needs to be implemented today. In Russia, there is a movement of pioneers for young people, and the Russian armed forces also create a platform for training young officers. The family plays the most important role in educating the young generation on traditions and national history. The most important task of the state is to support families so that society can organize itself an effective youth education model. |
