Chairman of Hai Duong People's Committee Trieu The Hung, Marie-Christine Oghly, Vice President of the Paris Chamber of Commerce, Dinh Toan Thang, Ambassador, Embassy of Vietnam in France, and Nguyen Quang Vinh, Vice President of VCCI witnessed the MoU signing between the Vietnam Business Association in France and Hai Duong Department of Industry and Trade.

According to the MoU, the two sides will coordinate to promote the implementation of providing and exchanging information, consulting, and connecting members of the Vietnam Business Association in France and businesses in Hai Duong. The MoU also mentioned that the two sides will propagate, advise, and support the promotion of industrial, service, and trade development; consulting on information, economic, and market forecasts for member businesses.

The MoU signing aims to promote cooperation, build sustainable relationships, and create conditions to connect potential elements of Hai Duong's businesses such as industrial development and commercial services, digital transformation, renewable energy, high-tech industry, supporting industries, processing and manufacturing, import and export of agricultural products, fruits, goods, and typical products with businesses in France.

At the Forum, Vietnamese and French businesses exchanged, discussed, and sought opportunities to cooperate and exploit the potential in Vietnam, particularly Hai Duong. Leaders of departments, branches, and businesses of Hai Duong also answered questions about the province's mechanisms and incentives when businesses come to invest.

Speaking at the Forum, Chairman of Hai Duong People's Committee Trieu The Hung pledged to always support investors in connecting and understanding the investment environment as well as finding partners; the province will create the most favorable conditions for investors to invest and do business with each other, cooperate with the government and workers.

“We are willing to accompany investors throughout the process of exploring investment opportunities and throughout the process of producing and doing business in the province. We believe that, with its potential and advantages, Hai Duong will become an attractive destination for domestic and international investors," said Chairman of Hai Duong People's Committee Trieu The Hung.
