Helicopter tours launched in Da Nang
The Vietnam Helicopter Corporation opened flight services for tourists in the central coastal city of Da Nang on April 24th.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyen Xuan Son, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Helicopter Corporation, said that the corporation uses the EC-130 T2 helicopter for the flight service. Flights will depart from Salt Water airport.
Da Nang officially has helicopter sight-seeing service
Each passenger spends VND3 million taking a 12-minute tour over Han river, Linh Ung pagoda, Pham Van Dong sea dragon, Thuan Phuoc and Tran Thi Ly bridges.
The corporation invested tens of billions of VND in building heliport terminals, and overall infrastructure and equipment as well as selecting professional pilots and engineers to launch and maintain the service.
The corporation also provides flights according to passengers’ demand to Hue royal citadel, Hoi An ancient town, Cu Lao Cham and My Son sanctuary relic in Quang Nam province./. .
