Heritage Education: Bringing Cheo to Audiences through "Time-traveling Thi Mau"
On November 10, 2024, the play "Time-traveling Thi Mau" and experiential activities with Cheo art were held at Cong Nhan Theater - 42 Trang Tien. The play was inspired by an excerpt from the classic Cheo play "Quan Am Thi Kinh," telling the story of the strange time-traveling journey of "21st century Thi Mau."

The performance is a harmonious combination of traditional characters and contemporary elements, bringing lively interaction. Using subtle lighting effects and dynamic music, "Time-traveling Thi Mau" creates a fresh, attractive space, helping young audiences easily connect with and relate to the story. Before and after the performance, audiences could participate in Cheo art Experience Stations in the exhibition space "Cheo Then and Now," where experiences were designed as intellectual games and interactive activities helping audiences explore cultural heritage actively and vividly. |
