Concluding the seminar, Tran Dac Loi, Standing Vice Chairman of the Foundation, highly appreciated the two speakers' presentations and the profound analytical opinions, and enthusiastic and intellectual contributions of the delegates.

According to Tran Dac Loi, the world is currently in a period of change. The old order can no longer be maintained, while the new one has not yet been formed, creating serious conflicts. The comparison of forces among major countries, their policy adjustments, and relations have a great and decisive influence on the global situation.

Given that background, Vietnam needs to accurately assess developments in major countries and make forecasts in the near future. The country needs to continue to diversify, multilateralize and be more proactive in foreign relations, enhancing Vietnam's contribution, role, and prestige; strengthen international integration towards multi-connection, and balance in relations with major countries.
