The festival is held on the seventh day of the Lunar New Year to pray for peace and good harvests.

In addition to traditional ceremonies such as parades, offering to the goddesses, lion and dragon dance, many competitions relating to agricultural production were held. International tourists were excited to try working as farmers. They learned to hoe soil, grow vegetables, and cook dishes made from Tra Que vegetables.
