According to the People's Committee of Ben Tre province, Professor and Doctor of Medicine, Nagato Natsume was one of two Japanese citizens honored to receive the high title of “Honorary Citizen of Dong Khoi.”

Speaking at the ceremony, Nagoto Natsume expressed his gratitude to the leaders, departments, and people of Ben Tre for always supporting and assisting the activities of the JCPF association. Every business trip to the province feels like coming home, as this is like a second home to him.

Within the framework of the program, the Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee awarded a certificate of merit from the Government to one individual and 8 certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee to 8 groups and individuals of the JCPF Association. This is the recognition and gratitude of Ben Tre province for the practical contributions, both material and spiritual, of the JCPF Association to people and children with lip and cleft palate deformities.
