Japan’s tactical game first appears in Vietnam

(VNF) - Trading card game (TCG), a popular game in Japan, was introduced by the country’s famous TCG developer and designer Wedge Holdings Company at the 2016 Japan Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Festival in the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long.

(VNF) - Trading card game (TCG), a popular game in Japan, was introduced by the country’s famous TCG developer and designer Wedge Holdings Company at the 2016 Japan Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Festival in the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long.

Aiming to assist visitors to acquaint and learn about all tactics, top-classed TCG players from Japan also organized classes to train and instruct specific playing rules. Representatives of Vietnam’s publishers, including Kim Dong Publishing House, visited the TCG booth and shared their desire of cooperating as a strategic partner in Vietnam.

With the interference speed of the current entertaining game lines, Vietnamese top-classed game players were increasingly bored with China’s game scripts and began to approach TCG.

The introduction of TCG at the Vietnam –Japan Cultural Exchange Festival helped Japanese culture lovers study more about the unique game culture of the country and opened cooperative opportunities to develop TCG products on the Vietnamese market from the existing products in Japan as well as process TCG products in Vietnam.

TCG first appeared in Japan and now becomes popular in many countries. The game allows players to use and combine cards to strategically think and win it. TCG plays an important role in developing tactical thinking and supporting the work and life.

According to statistics, more than 22 billion of TCGs were published around the world, gaining a Guinness record on release number./.
