82 volunteers including students, Huyndai Co. Ltd employees and KFHI staffs cleaned the school, rebuilding flower tubs and repainting all classrooms.
Total repair cost VND 950 million (about USD40850) is funded by Huyndai and KFHI.
For some students, this is the first time they were far from home. Overcoming homesickness and language barrier, they hope to do a meaningful thing for children here.
On August 21, the volunteer team handed over the refurbished school to the local government.
